"Train as if each rep will be your last!!!" Overview (A Little About Me)I'm originally from Melbourne and moved up to the Gold Coast in Mid 2009 and now manage the ASN Mermaid Beach Store. I love my work, my friends and of course my family. My philosophy in life is live each day as if its your last and to try and always find a positive out of a negative. InterestsNatural bodybuiling is my main interest, i love the industry and helping other to achieve a level of perfection they never thought possible.
I also love training oviously and researching about the latest trends in the fitness industry, supplements mainly of course. Favourites (Food, Bodyparts, People)Favourite food would have to be pizza when im in the off season, but when i'm dieting you can't go past a grilled chicken breast with lemon and herbs on it. My favourite bodyparts to work are chest and back as i believe these are my weaknesses and i need to improve in these areas, so i smash these muscle groups every workout.
People that inspire me are those that don't give up in what they aim to pursue, and i belive bodybuilding requires a level of discipline that some people will never understand and thats why i love the challenge!! Motivations (What Motivates Me)Seeing results would have to be the biggest motivating factor. As i continue to push harder each workout and lift that little bit more each rep, i know that i am a step closer to achieving my goals. Training History (Years, Location, Trainer)I've been training for 5 years now, but only seriously started training early 2008. I train at Southport Fitness First at the moment and also One Life health and Fitness in broadbeach. I currently train with whoever is up for the challenge. Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)6 days on, 1 day off
My split is as follows:
Day 1: Back, Chest
Day 2: Hamstrings, Lower back, Arms
Day 3: General hypertrophy day (get a pump in all the muscles, 8-10 reps)
Day 4: Legs
Day 5: Shoulders
Day 6: OFF
Day 7: Continue from day 1
Cardio Schedule:
Cardio I try to do 30mins of either bike, treadmill or boxing twice a week
Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)Meal 1: 6 eggs, 4 yolks and 100g Rolled oats with some honey
Meal 2: 150-200g of chicken breast,and salad
Meal 3: 150g of tuna, 1 cup of brown rice, 200g of green vegies
Meal 4: Evolve 3-whey and hand full of almonds
Post workout: Evolve Fast Whey, 5g Glutamine and 40g Evolve Waximaize carbs
Meal 5: 200g Chicken Breast, 1 large Sweet Potato, 200g of green vegies
Meal 6: Either a slow release protien shake or another meal

I am also doing Personal Training, diets and training programs.
