"It takes determination and a desire to lead a
healthy lifestyle. Enjoy the challenges that it brings
and enjoy the rewards.
Create / Enjoy / Embrace your goals
" Overview (A Little About Me)I was born and raised in Sydney and was introduced to Sport and fitness from a very young age. Growing up I always wanted to play all sports; from netball, softball, athletics and Tennis. I continued playing Netball at a state and National level all through my young Adult life and have also had the opportunity to travel to South Africa and play Indoor Netball for Australia. I have always wanted to be faster & stronger so I always put 100% into whatever challenges come my way.
I was always the one in the team that was passionate and dedicated to nutrition and food, being creative with it, making sure it tastes good and that I get the best performance from it. Having a passion for training and nutrition I have tried and experimented with diets and supplements over the years and have gotten great results from trial and error. Without this sound knowledge that I have built up over the years I will not be where I am today.
My creative mind has also helped me become a graphic designer which I have been doing for 17 years. Doing this creative job and having my health and fitness as my love and passion makes my life wonderful.
I am a self motivated person and am always approachable in helping others achieve their goals and journey. A great deal of time goes into becoming fit and healthy and maintaining this. It is a worthwhile pursuit, giving energy and confidence within. It feels good to be fit and when you maintain your own fitness, it often motivates other to begin a healthier and active lifestyle.
