Overview (A Little About Me)
I was born in the United States, California. I am Mexican American. I am married with 2 children a boy and a girl. I am a professional Muay Thai/Boxing fighter. I own a Boonchu Gym at 7/9 Kortum Drive, Burleigh Heads QLD with my husband, John and I teach and train fighters.
Interests
I spend all my free time with my kids and friends. I love going to the beach and pool in summer. I enjoy going to the movies and watching Disney movies with my daughter.

My favourite food is Mexican. I like cooking Mexican for my friends. My specialty is Salsa.
Motivations (What Motivates Me)
Teaching people motivates me, especially women. I love being someone�s sparring partner. It always motivates me to compete again.
Training History (Years, Location, Trainer)
11 years training and competing in Muay Thai. I began training in California 1997. Moved to Las Vegas in 1999 and trained out of Master Toddy�s Muay Thai Camp until 2002. Now I train with my husband at Boonchu Muay Thai Gym.
Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)
I do Kettle bells for weight training 2 times a week with Mike Miller.
Cardio Schedule
I run about 30-40 kilometres a week. I do sparring 5 times a week and I do pads 3 times a week at the moment.
Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)
When I am competing I eat small breakfast cereal or toast, lunch pasta or sushi, dinner is late 8:00 and have a normal meal.

Goals (Future Plans and Career Expectations)
I just had a baby and I am ready to fight in my mind, but I am going to give my body 9 months. I will be back fighting early 2009!

Have fun, don't make training a chore! Do something you like and stay healthy.
