Overview (A Little About Me)At the age of 2, my mum decided to put me into a dance school as I was dancing before I was walking. I tried ballet and jazz as a kid but was always more of a vanilla ice/mc hammer girl. So once I finally found a ‘street funk’ class at the age of 9 I was over the moon! I have been a hiphop dancer ever since and have also choreographed and taught for various dance studios and high schools in the Illawarra. You will also find me performing as a podium dancer at Sydney’s hottest Hip Hop/RnB clubs.
Apart from dancing, I have a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) and also studied a diploma in IT. I’ve always worked at least 2 jobs at a time. People often get tired listening to my weekly schedule but I love being active and keeping busy as I have way too much energy.
I like to think I’m a positive, organised and hardworking person who can quote stupid movie lines at the drop of a hat.

Motivations (What Motivates Me)I think it comes down to you motivating yourself really and having positive and supporting people around you. Training History (Years, Location, Trainer)I started training at Shidoshi Downtown Gym in Wollongong with my trainer and mentor Lee Carr about 2 years ago. Lee believed in me and suggested that I enter the ANB Sports Model Nationals – thanks to Lee I was confident enough to make it to the stage at the 2007 nationals as my first ever comp! I am very pleased and thankful to Lee for ‘kickin my ass’. I love training at Shidoshi because we’re all one big family! Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)I love weights! Usually do supersets on which ever body part I’m training – 4 sets X 12-15 reps Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)I see Susie Burrell for all my diet needs- she’s fantastic! At the moment it's:
Breakky- Oats or Multigrain Weetbix or Eggs
M/tea- Skim Latte + Corn Thins with P.butter
Lunch- Tuna/Chicken Salad
A/tea- Jarrah with walnuts/almonds or Protein Shake
