Overview (A Little About Me)
I live in Melbourne & manage the ASN Richmond store. I'm a Plumber and Gas Fitter by trade and Mechanical fitter previously working out on the mines but have decided family is more important. I love to take the bike out on the weekend and love my sports. I live to train!!

motorbike riding , horseriding as i live on acerage ,love animals , spend alot of the time in the gym, or with the ones i love .

Motivations (What Motivates Me)
My inspiration since i was i was child is my father , couldnt ask for more , Donny Henderson Smith and Simon Rees take a huge part in this now also.
Training History (Years, Location, Trainer)
started training with training partners Kip and Graham in 2007 and havent looked back .I have alot of help by Donny at Dhs bodybuilding, whom is also the sales manager for ASN Frankston.
Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)
Currently looking forward to getting into a 5 day split bulking phase as soon as these comps are over and I remember what carbs are, lol.

to be honest off season i tend to let myself indulge a bit but once i make the decision to compete its head down ass up , yum chicken and broccoli is the only food that tastes like victory to me
