"Eat, Train, Sleep and EAT SOME MORE!!" Overview (A Little About Me)Born in Romania, grew up in Canada and now I have made Australia my home. Grew up really athletic, my father was really strict when it came training, started really young I don�t really remember anything else about my childhood besides training to the point were I grew up hating it! But when I reached my teenage years and realised it was the only thing that helped me keep my weight under control I began to enjoy it and ever since than it has been part of my everyday routine. I only started competing in 2005 here in Australia when I saw a comp poster at the gym, and ever since than I have never looked back and enjoy every bit of it. Well the diet gets to me sometimes cause I love my food!!!...mmmmm..mud cake!

Training History (Years, Location, Trainer)I have been training on and off for the last 8yrs, and 5yrs for Figure competitions. I currently train at Fitness First and Apollo Gym with my partner Chris. Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)Mon: Arms & Abs

Sun: Abs & Cardio
Cardio Schedule:
Off-season is 4 times a weeks for 45mins
Contest prep is every day 1-2hrs treadmill, cross trainer and bike
Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)* Off-season: not too good working on it :-)
* Contest: 6 meals incl. egg whites, oats, chicken breast, turkey breast, fish and steack with heaps of vegies and for carbs I�ll have sweet potatoes, rice and oats.
