Overview (A Little About Me)
Born on the goldcoast so surf lifesaving seemed like the best sport for my parents to put me into as we have such beautiful beaches on the coast. I got into the professional series at the age of 16. This year I also stared on the hit show gladiators.

I have been a professional Ironwoman for over 10yrs, I compete and train at Kurrawa SLSC
Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)
Cardio Schedule I swim run and Paddle everyday. And my gym program consists of mainly body weight exercises or light weights.
Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)
I eat alot of meat.
Breakfast I have oats, banana, toast and a coffee.
Morning: tea I have bacon eggs and toast.
Lunch: changes each day but always plenty of protein.
Dinner: steak and veg, bowl of ice cream.
In between meals I have protein shakes

Eat well, go to bed early and exercise early in the morning so you feel great for the rest of the day
