These days I find myself training along with my clients during outdoors sessions.
I don’t believe in lifting heavy all year round. Only when I have enough fuel to, which is normally during all of autumn/winter (The bulking up months) protecting my joints. Hi volume training suits me during spring/summer.
Same goes for running- If you’re not a runner don’t start outdoor, do it on a machine, If you are a runner my advice is PROTECT YOUR JOINTS!
Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)Because of my physically demanding Job I drip feed my body all day. Equal amounts of protein and carbs per serving suit my body, however during bulking up months I change this ratio.
Good Fats and Fibre are Equally important per meal
Remembering lots of good oils – Just like a machine or car, our body needs it.
In a nutshell bulking up ration is 40%- Protein 60% Carbs, Including Fats from these Meals.
Leaning up ratio, I change this to 40% - Protein and 40% Carbs , leaving 20% Fats – Mostly from Flaxseed and CLA.

Best Advice (Fitness, Health and Training)Keep a strong CORE and strength in your Arms; This will enable GROWTH all year round. Legs – Your body is like a tree it grows from the bottom up. Train them hard.
Be consistent with FLEXIBILTY. Stretch what you want to strengthen.
