I am a successful young man who enjoys mixed martial arts and helping others.

Go Ju Kai Karate- 7 years, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu- 4 years, boxing- 3 years, Muay thai- 1 year, MMA weight training-4 years, bodybuilding weight training- last 6 months.

Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)

Session 1- Chest and Biceps
Session 2- Legs and Abs
Session 3-Shoulders and Calves
Session 4- Back and Triceps
All weights performed at high intensity, max 8 reps.

Cardio Schedule
Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, High Intensity Interval Training (mainly sprints)

Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)

6 meals per day, each meal around 60g protein, 100g carbs, 10g fat. Right now shooting for around 3,700cals per day.

Competition History

More focused on my business, however in 2005 I did compete in the I-Go-Ryu Submission Wrestling Tournament where I won the 75kg weight division and the open weight division.

Goals (Future Plans and Career Expectations)

In the next year I look forward to hitting 105kg! Also plan on going back to Vegas with my little brother to train at Couture MMA Gym. Most of all looking forward to buying my Lotus Elise!
