The Australian-born Dutch beauty has been tearing up the glamour circuit for over a decade and fast became the face of choice for photographers and producers worldwide.

I am a very motivated person from the minute I wake up. I strive towards success and try to be positive every day.
Training History (Years, Location, Trainer)
I have been a professional dancing and athlete most of my life. At the moment I’m hitting the gym at least four times a week depending on my schedule. Cardio every single day is the key and weights three times a week. I currently live in Sydney where I train at Fitness First Platinum so when I am travelling I can use any Fitness First around Australia.
Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)
30min walk every morning or jump rope for 20 minutes.
Weights at the gym every second day.
Tips: Train hard out
Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)
When I wake up every morning I try and have a big glass of warm water and lemon to kick start my metabolism. Breakfast consists of avocado on toast or egg whites.
At lunch I enjoy tuna salads or a wrap. Fruit and almonds for snacks and a lean dinner. I try and stick with fish rather than chicken or beef as I find that helps with digestion but everyone is different.

I plan for world domination and happiness.
