"You will never know unless you try!" Overview (A Little About Me)I was born in Newcastle and am the eldest of 3 children. I did all my schooling near Byron Bay. At the age of 18, I enlisted in the army where I trained to be a chef. I then moved onto to management with Woolworths before starting a 7 year career with Cadbury Schweppes. I did many different roles from Territory Manager to Regional Manger in NSW before moving to Melbourne where I managed the Woolworths Account for Cadbury Schweppes. I have known Simon (owner of ASN) for the past 10 years and have always wanted to join his team. I have watched ASN grow into a professional company and am now happy to be part of this company. I love the fitness industry and helping people achieve their goals. InterestsEnjoy all sort of physical exercise such as Arakan, gym and walking . Love watching movies and listening to music, meeting up with friends on weekends and spending time with my family. Favourites (Food, Bodyparts, People)Love all sorts of food and having a cheat meal on a Sunday. Motivations (What Motivates Me)I love to be around positive people. I am very much self motivated. Meal 4 - 200g Chicken, 100g Rice, Vegies
Meal 5 - 200g Steak, Vegies
I snack on nuts during the day also
