yourself!" Overview (A Little About Me)I'm just a typical university student. I enjoy trying out new things as I love challenging my own abilities. InterestsI'm not into any specific sport, but I participate in marathons. In addition to running, I also do work out with weights and swim. Favourites (Food, Bodyparts, People)I enjoy all kinds of good food! I love meeting various people! And, I love all parts of my body! Basically, I cherish and celebrate diversity and differences! Motivations (What Motivates Me)Mates or peers always do motivate me, but the main motivation is myself. I would always challenge my own abilities to the extreme limits. Training History (Years, Location, Trainer)I've been working out in the gym for a year now, by myself through advices I get from ASN staff members as well as the Internet. But, I've been running and swimming since young. Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)As I'm more into endurance training, I focus more on cardio than weights. I train for 3 days in a row followed by a one-day rest. This cycle repeats, with the first 2 of the 3 days being intensive cardio, while the 3rd day being intensive weights. Then, the rest day would be follow appropriately for recovery. Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)I eat six meals a day, which translates to eating every 2-3 hours or so. I tend to eat slightly more on training days, but I would always have at least 1 g of protein per kg body weight every day. Drink lots of water, and no carbs 3 hours before bed. Competition HistoryI've only participated in marathons for leisure, not competitive purposes. Main runs include the yearly City2Surf and the Sydney Marathon. Goals (Future Plans and Career Expectations)I desire to put on more muscle mass and improve definition.
