I've always loved lifting weights but was never consistent. I met my husband at the gym when I was 16 and at 21 him and I were married. My Husband is a bodybuilder who has competed in several competitions and I've always wanted to compete in Figure. This year I decided to give it a go. Favourite Body Part - None yet Motivations (What Motivates Me)Seeing other girls training hard and competing. I find it very inspirational and it makes me want to do it even more. Seeing how much weight I had put on over the past 6 months, i've never had a problem with weight until this year and seeing pictures of myself motivates me to become fitter and healthier. Training History (Years, Location, Trainer)Been training for about 12 years, but never consistently. I'm being trained online by Melissa Zimmerman for my very first competition. It's great to have someone who has the same passion to help me out with my diet and training. Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)Oats, veges, tuna, chicken, basmati rice, flaxseed oil, protein powder, fish, sweet potato, rice cakes, lots of vitamins and minerals and lots of water. Best Advice (Fitness, Health and Training)If I can do it, anyone can do it. You need to look after your body, it's our only vehicle and we need to make sure it runs properly.
