Overview (A Little About Me)
I am the manager of our frankston ASN store and also own with my partner Donny DHSbodybuilding an exclusive bodybuilding preparation business.
Im grew up on the Mornington peninsula and still live down by the beach.
Interests
My interests are a broad variety of sports whether it be playing or just spectating.
I love bodybuilding and anything to do with bodybuilding shows.
I love to watch the footy whether it be AFL or rugby i enjoy both.
Going out to breakfast with donny on a sunday morning would definately have to be one of my favourite past times.
Favourites (Food, Bodyparts, People)
My favourite foods are a yummy home cooked roast lamb with all the trimmings and i love my sunday brekkies eggs benedict.
My favourite bodyparts are on myself my shoulders and arms, on a man a big chest (especially Donny's:) ).
My favourite people are pretty much anybody that is kind hearted and determined and has a positive out look on life.
Motivations (What Motivates Me)
Things that motivate me would have to be the desire to always want to better my last performance in my career, lifestyle choices and sport.
Also my very determined clients that put in all the hard yards to get there results they keep me feeling very positive day in day out.
Training History (Years, Location, Trainer)
I have been training for bodybuilding for 4 yrs but have always participated in some form of exercise.
From track and field to pole fitness.
I currently only train for physique development in Mornington at Adrenalin gym under the guidance of my partner Donny Henderson-Smith.
Training Schedule (Training Style and Tips)
I train weights 6 days a week and it will vary as i go into my preparation for a bodybuilding show.
Nutrition (Examples of My Diet)
my diet consist of 6 small meals a day and low carb.
It also varies off and on season.

My goals for the future are to continue on with suceeding on my career path and also in my sport.

Best Advice (Fitness, Health and Training)
The best advice i can give is if you have a goal in mind go for it and dont stop until you acheive it.
If you don't know how to acheive then find people that can guide you in the right direction or help you.
