I have now been training for 4 years and loving every moment of this.
Training does always change for me, as i get to comfortable to quick..
My partner Warren is a silent partner in training although we're never seen together training we bounce off each other all the time..

Rileys Gym is a fabulous gym to train in and the guys and girls are of support also.. So many techniques, talents and personalities to go around and learn from and turn it all into what works for you.

I love to train slow and intense you could say it's like a meditation but more painful.
I train each day with one muscle group
