Lee Kavanagh (or Kav as he is known to all his friends) is one of the most complete kite boarders on the Australian scene, his highly technical wake style tricks and his innovative wave riding is seeing him constantly receiving praise from the judges and his peers.
Who would of thought that only a couple of years ago this athletic 76kg 27 y.o. weighed well over 100kg and had no idea of what was required nutritionally to be a competitive athlete.
I have had the pleasure of working with Kav's Diet plan and supplement program and he has dropped the unwanted kilos which means he is able to use smaller more maneuverable kites.
He has also reported greater strength and recovery in his training and competition riding.
