"www.brookedunlop.com.au" Overview (A Little About Me)I started working in the fitness industry 9 years ago on a casual basis (teaching aerobics classes) whilst I was at high school and then whilst I was at uni studying human nutrition.
It was during that time that I realised I had found my passion and began working within the industry full time.
Positions I undertook in this time included gym receptionist and aerobics/ group fitness instructor at most of Newcastle's leading health clubs and gyms, Personal trainer and co-ordinator, assistant club manager to finally Club General Manager of Fitness First in Bondi Junction and now Health Club General Manager of Planet Fitness and Nutrition & supplement advisor at ASN in Newcastle. Don't take advice from other people as gospel. What works for them, may not necessarily work for you; training is all about "trial and error" in the first stage- find something that works for you and then combined with regular program updates or phase training, consistency is then the key to results! I have been competing in Fitness and Figure competitions since 2002- most recently winning the MISS FITNESS AUSTRALIA title in October 2007 after giving birth to my first child just 7 months prior.
