Most of the class is done with a partner which the instructor will assign to you if you do not have one. This is a great way to meet new people and encourage each other to work hard.
THUMP Boxing classes are taught by highly qualified and experienced instructors who have undergone extensive training and development in the field of group exercise and boxing for fitness.
Everyone is welcome to join in our classes and most of all, no experience is necessary!
