When I was fifteen I twisted my knee badly during a netball game, tearing the cartilage. From then on I was on crutches twice a year for around four years, as I would consistently re-injure my knee from taking part in different sports at school or running around being a normal active kid.

Unfortunately, it didn't stop there. Upon turning nineteen I had a bad accident strapping race horses. As luck would have it, my knee was again injured and I snapped my crucial ligament and tore one of the cartilages. I was informed after the latest injury that I needed a reconstruction and this would have been 3rd arthroscopy. I chose not have the reconstruction and due to this I have had to put up with it constantly dislocating for the last 20 years and have suffered from arthritis from these consistent injuries to my knee.
In September 2007 I got fed up waiting for "better technology" and decided to move ahead with the surgery. After the surgery each and every step caused constant pain in my knee, even five months post-op. It has been a long road to recovery, but I am lucky enough to have found one thing to give me great relief and support; Australian Sports Nutrition.

The Team at ASN put me onto Primaforce CISSUS tablets which have helped me big time and after the first week of taking them I just got up one morning and was able to walk without pain. It was the best feeling after living with constant pain for so long!!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the ASN Team for their ongoing support, enthusiasm, passion and knowledge on their fantastic products they have. If anyone has any injuries, is feeling tired, or would like to manage their weight, do yourself a favour and go and speak to the experts, the ASN Team, they will definitely look after you and tailor to your specific needs.
