Muscle Mousse with Proto Whey . . .

This is a super easy recipe that anyone can make at home...thanks so much to Greg Haglund & Flush Fitness for this recipe!

INGREDIENTS:

-Proto Whey protein powder by BNRG

- Lite Evaporated Milk

- Water

- Gelatine

NOTE: Proto Whey comes in the below flavours..so you have multiple choices for your flavour of mousse! - Double Chocolate - Cafe Mocha - Strawberry Cream - Vanilla Cream

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Mix 3 heaped scoops of Proto Whey in 300ml of water in a shaker

2. Separately mix 1 heaped Tablespoons of gelatine in 100ml of hot water

3. Then add to the Proto whey in the shaker and shake!

4. Poor into bowl and place in the fridge for 30-40 mins.

5. Then beat a small can of lite evaporated milk and mix into the Proto whey solution.

6. Place into the fridge overnight and beat with an eggbeater until smooth before serving!

OPTIONS: - You can skip the Milk and just add water - You can add Coconut Milk instead of cows milk - Stir through Blueberry's at the end - Sprinkle some chopped Nuts through it ..... endless really... & all healthy!
