ASN'S ELITE SPONSORED ATHLETE, ROSA'S FIT SUCCESS! . . .
Fit Rosa's Figure's & Fitness
Titan Fitness Centre Rockdale was the official venue for this inaugural ‘Fitrose Figure & Fitness Camp' hosted by Rosa-Maria Romero and proudly sponsored by Australian Sports Nutrition, who lead the way in Specialised Sports & Health Nutrition.
We are happy to report the weekend was a huge success and all girls enjoyed the opportunity to learn from Australia's best! Both days were jammed packed with the works, including intense training and cardio techniques, plyometrics and squat jumps, Rosa's unique posing sessions, a hair and make-up session with Bonita Chan (Rosa's personal artist) and boxing circuits just to name a few. The girls also enjoyed a photo shoot with Julio Arenas on the Saturday evening which finished close to midnight!
There were lots of prizes to be won on both days but the winner of the amazing Sponsorship deal from Australian Sports Nutrition was the one and only Catherine Blanch, ANB 2007 Grand Masters runner up Figure Champion.
Catherine was elated to say the least and there were tears in eyes when she was selected to be the next representative for Australian Sports Nutrition. It was a dream come true for Catherine who has just begun her prep for this year’s ANB Nationals. With the help and guidance from the entire ASN team, we can only expect amazing things from Catherine come this October. Anna Bertocci who placed 1st in North Queensland and third in the ANB Nationals, was also lucky to score a supplement pack from ASN which included some of Rosa's favourite supplements from Evolve and Nutrabolics, supplements Exclusive to ASN. There were training sessions to give away, free sports massages, ASN clothing and a voucher from NG Designs. Evolve protein shakes were also supplied for each athlete thanks to ASN Bondi and meals were prepared by Sam Karam at Skulpt. Each girl also received a 'Goodies bag' from ASN to the value of $50!
There was plenty of footage taken on the day which will be included in Rosa's Official Training DVD to be by sponsored by ASN and released by GMV Productions later this year. The DVD will include Rosa's prep as she gets ready for the Sacramento Pro Figure in November.
Rosa is already planning her Figure & Fitness Camp for 2009 but you can expect a Posing Workshop late August this year! More information will be released on the ASN website soon so check back for updates.
