* 4 eggs
* 1 cup whipping cream
* 5 slices lean ham, chopped finely
* 1 cup grated low fat cheese
* ¼ cup chopped onion
* 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
* ½ tsp black pepper
* ¼ tsp salt
* little fresh garlic
* 2 flat tbsps Trim Pure Soy Protein or Perfect Soy Protein
Mix together all ingredients and put into a lightly greased 9'' pie dish and bake at 200°C for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 150°C and bake a further 30 minutes. Remove and allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving.
